I thought it was obvious that they dont play their game.

We can see that by their behavior toward player base feedbacks they are recieving over the years.

Probably many of those ^^ stopped playing or don't play as much as they used to so their alt player base is the anime kids.

Well we know WG don’t play the game that’s why that whole Turry incident happened, this poor effort to make a light hearted video just adds to the impression they really don’t have a clue.

As for the voices... remember when they said this game isn't marketed to children, and that children are a very small portion of the playerbase? Yeah I think that was a lie. 

Though everybody in the entire world already knew that, because it was the Lord of Lies Sub_Octavian himself who said it.

WG now caters to the squeakers, they are trying to recreate the console Modern Warfare 2 lobby atmosphere. A tad late I would say, but obvious enough to call out their shameless and sloppy approach.

I believe a week a so ago shortly after the lootboxs gambling dumpster fire someone actually said WG staff don't have time to play the game with all the development they have to do. (don't quote me on that it's just what i read from some lame WG Apology) 

 

It was also said in that same lame WG Apology that we were not to post our grievances and bug reports on the forum unless we were developers or games companies, then you would be equal to them i knowing what we are talking about.

 

In my opinion cause they don't play the game that's why it's a mess and they also don't give a damn if we report issues/bugs they have no intentions of fixing now maybe in 1-2 years time in hope we forget they exist.
