Most Fun T10 TL Battleship?

I am wondering which BB to grind for next. Any opinions on which is the most fun?

Voted Montana but could probably say Republique as well. Both lines have good ships with just a few roadblocks (although for me the french BB line had no roadblock, so hey). Montana is ancient but still great, it can do a bit of everything and with the buffed heal it's also suprisingly durable nowadays. Republique is much squishier but it is a suprisingly fun BB to play. The guns are punchy with a quick reload and you get a speed boost for quick repositioning.

I love Montana, but wrecking Thunderers is most fun with the Yamato, so Yamato.

Personally I've come to the conclusion that a good game in the Kurfurst is more fun than a great game in any other T10 BB.

Speaking as a DD main, my vote goes to Kurfurst - maximum manliness FTW.

 

On the other hand, one does really have to pick Yamato - she's the only T10 BB that's real.

All of them. But I would give special mention to:

Secondary, Legendary Repu with ALL possible ways to boost reload engaged 

 

You can get a reload between 10-15 seconds within 12.5km of a spotted enemy. It's crazy. It's ballsy. It's fun, and I love it. 

That being said, I don't recommend it lol

Not sure she's got the highest performance ceiling, but doing >100k dmg between fires and secondaries just feels a lot more satisfying than lolpenning noses with 460s.

Plus the GK tends to get stuck in at mid-range, so win or lose you probably won't have much to regret, if you play well. The Yammy is strong, but sometimes you just feel that even some great marksmanship simply couldn't avoid a steamroll loss.

I would have said Yamasushi a month ago but now having played Kremlin, she is easily the most fun BB I've played since the pre-airstrike/skytrash/sub/fantasybote era secondary build GK. 

Besides, sniping gets boring after a while...or in my case, a few hundred battles... XD

If you like GK secondary right now you will love the Schlieffen sec. Believe me.

When you look at the maplesyrup stats for top level T10 BB players the GK winrate is around Top4, so she definitely a decent carry ship in the right hands. I honestly think that it is better at winning games than repu/thunderer/conq.

By far the best T10 BB rn is obviously the yamato

I've not played T10 tech line BB's much, but from what I remember the Republique was the most fun for me (a DD and cruiser lover) because it seemed to be able to respond quite fast to changing situations, and the reload time is what it sets apart from everything else. Yamato, arguably the worst T10 BB tech ship in existance due to being the polar opposite to that. Fapping for overmatch without much use of wasd is just top notch boring to me.Just my 2 cts.

Jean Bart (its the only BB i enjoy).

 

Republique is fairly entertaining due to fast repositioning and punchy guns. The grind is pretty rough though. Tier 9 especially is a shotgun.

But since overmatch never gets old, probably Yamato for the occasional game. So Yamato.

Yamato, by default, as she's the only one of the options that I have. (even if it's actually the ARP Yamato)

Haha. I love Republique. Excellent combination of armor, speed, and great guns. Probably the most underestimated of the T10 BBs.

Vermont and C.Colombo have so few votes 😆 Having taken a while played to the Lepanto I do think the Italian BBs are weak, they have no synergy, every strength is nullified by a weakness (e.g. lots of guns, very bad dispersion ). It’s a shame really, they were close to be really fun in my opinion.

 

I did have GK for a while, but really didn’t enjoy it as you so rarely (ever in my case) get to close range without dying to torps or he spam. I don’t think I know how to use ships that lack mobility and the ability to react to a situation as it develops (you have to predict it), particularly when pushing. I have done much better in my only current T10s Hindenburg and Marceau. 
 

I am most tempted by the Rep. and Conq. as they seem to be the only ones where mobility is good to the point of being a advantage (speed, fast reload and handling, stealth).

Cant decide.... I really like Republique, Colombo, Kremlin and Conkek. 

They are all fun in their own special ways.

 

If you grind a tree and want to have fun in it I would recommend the RU-BBs and enjoy the full bias. 

They may spoil you tho...

Yeach, also works as cruser and cap contesting DD. I do thinik it is ultimate t10 ship in some ways :D

out of all of these I give you 3 suggestions:-

 

• Yamato

This is BB is def worth the grind and it sits at the top of probably the best BB grind in the game, as all the IJN BBs are good at their tier. Yamato gets nine 460mm guns with standard reload, amazing range, overmatch, alpha, and good penetration. Its armor is decent enough to protect it at longer ranges. Her secs were good back in the day but not worth taking imho. Its also quite small compared to the rest of the BBs, so dodging torps won't be a problem if you have predicted correctly. So this is my first recommendation. 

• Cristoforo Colombo

This is the latest T10 BB from the Italians. Its got good armor, high alpha strike potential, smoke for various defensive and positioning purposes, etc. The grind is decent as all the ships of their tree is decent to good and share the same playstyle. Its low HP is compensated by the fact, that it has good armor and a skill that directly benefits from your HP being low. Her maneuverability and concealment is quite decent, as well as throughout the line. They also have some decent secondary armament that can prove useful to set a ton of fires but not that much direct dmg. Her gun power is quite decent as she they have a decent to good count of guns with SAP but in exchange, the reload and accuracy aren't the best. The higher tier ones get smoke and its a great tool for disengaging or positioning. My second recommendation.

• Republique

Its the French T10 ship, and the ship itself and the line preceding it are all good. However Repub, while keeping the playstyle alive, changes the approach which I personally don't like. But that aside, the line is decent. All of them have high speed, a large number of low caliber and inaccurate guns, and bad armor with a troll citadel protection. Their secondaries have German range, and they set a lot of fires, or pen DDs and CLs with IFHE. They are essentially flankers, that use their speed and high gun countto ambush targets and flank them. Republique is a bit of an exception as she gets accurate, fast reloading, high caliber but low count main battery guns as well as quite good secs and speed that is not that special tbh. Their conceal isn't that great either. Now for grinding and uniqueness, I recommended the French, otherwise I would say Kremlin is better. Third recommendation
