I hate the Aircraft Bureau Rivalry

Apparently I chose my team too early and chose the worst team who's always last on the daily leaderboards. Probably not because the players in it are not active, but it's the smallest team. I should've waited a day with picking my team, asking any friends which team is leading the leaderboards, and then choose the team that's ahead. Is that the tactic you want us to use, Wargambling? 

 

Falling behind is costing me tokens, not much perhaps, but it may make the difference between being able to buy a bundle or being unable to buy the next bundle. And there's nothing I can do about it, I've contributed my part (even kept gaining points beyond my personal rewards). The weekend is over, so I don't expect many more points being collected by my team today.

Polikarpov is actually 2nd place if I'm not mistaken. I chose the middle one, and it's consistently last. I'm assuming there's some kind of community coordination going on that led a majority of players to Kocherygin, can't think of any other reason why that one would be so far ahead. By that logic, without doing research, I'm guessing if I go Polikarpov next week I have a 50/50 chance of joining the rigged team or the losing one again. Either way, I'm not overly bothered. No interest in those CVs and the tokens aren't worth much otherwise.

I assumed reset was at tuesday, but apparently there's two days extra. That does offer a bit of hope.

 

Still, I hate the system this event uses, not knowing if we're gonna make it, and not much I can do about it. Next time I'll probably wait a bit picking the team, and ask any friends which team is in the lead before deciding which team to pick. Getting my personal rewards shouldn't be an issue.

Well, a few of my clanmates asked me which team was ahead before deciding which team to pick. So once a team is ahead, more people will join that team.

You already got your personal rewards and they're not dependent on Team anymore. So max you "lost" is some token and camos...

I don't care much about the camos.

 

As for the tokens, it may make the difference between being able to buy the next bundle is the series or not. That's pretty much the main reward of the whole early access event, so yeah, that's important to me. I want these tokens. I may need them for the bundle...

The rewards are

1) some coal, nice,

2) some free port slots and whatever you get for selling the CVs.

3)  one super container (probably containing flags)  if you complete the puzzle

 

i can take it or leave it TBH, looks like a grinding trap.

I can no longer be arsed to pay attention to WGs campaigns/missions/strange tokens/shipyards/early access .... etc.

 

I just play a few select Prem Ships where I have bothered to train a high level captain. If I get some kind of rewards then fine - but it is nothing I will waste energy to actively pursue.

as far as I can see:

It is only about the last milestone because even if your team is over the whole week for all missions on the last place it earns 7 x 25 x 700 = 122.500 (team) points, and the needed points for the fourth milestone are 110.000...

So you will be able to get enough tokens for all the consecutive bundles including Pobeda regardless of your team's performance?

Nope, Pobeda is not accessible with free tokens as stated in article. It's just enough for her camo.

if you get the maximum possible number of tokens from the bureau rivalry (4 x 375 + 100 from daily bundles = 1600 token). If your teams do not get to the fifth milestone up to 100 token may be missing

Yeah, sorry, I meant camo, as stated in the article. But still, to get it you need 1600 tokens, which is exactly the sum of the rivalry event (1500) and daily free drops (100). So unless your randomly chosen team scores the final reward in all 4 weeks you will still not have enough. This can be mitigated if you can somehow get the recruitment community tokens but I am not sure if all players have the source of them.

WG should make a mission chain, that upon completion will let you buy 250 tokens for €100 or ask for buying them for Dobluns by sending a ticket to support.

Yeah, I mean not worth overthinking an event you have no control over anyway. 

 

Even if we as the forum community decided to pick the same team that efford would get lost in the amount of non organized players on the server. 

 

I decided to simply work from left to right, just play what I want and  dont care about the event missions. 

 

Not too bothered about the tokens anyway, even if one skips the fourth week its still enough to get t4+6 and imho the camos are fugly as hell and I dont care about permaflages below t9 anymore anyway. 

 

It's all free stuff in that event, no need to feel pressured by WGs never-ending amount of events and mision chains. 

 

Best team btw is only one stage up, soo not much of a lead and afaik back in the battle of beasts event I never had a Team that didn't clear all stages...

I really dont care anymore about them.

Just play the game when i`m in the mood and have time. If i get tokens or not,  dont give a f*ck.
