remeber they had 3 haarlems as well allot of airstrikes :P 

and i kind of forced the kaga to deal with me or loose the game cause i flanked the enemy team :)

Haarlem has good AA but the AA master on T8 is still the Cheshire.

Sorry to disappoint you but Haarlem AA is actually pretty weak. The line doesn't get strong AA until T9.

It just got the best flak, highest base AA range and above average continuous damage for its tier wrt other cruisers. Only the US cruisers are better at AA.

Difference in flak damage has no practical use.

AA range difference is minuscule compared to the standard 5.8km.

Your DPS values are all wrong, probably because you got them from the port which gives you some kind of median value that is completely worthless.

Unfortunately that's not saying much given that the US cruisers also get regularly dumpstered by CVs.

 

In reality Haarlem AA is about comparable to a Zao and Zao isn't exactly known to stand up well to even T8 CVs.

I mean as a cv player the only aa I’m truly scared of is other cvs and Dutch destroyers…

Haarlem has nice flak but the AA rings are too much seperated to have a real impact. De Gouden Leeuw or the Zeven Provincieen have much beter AA

That why i said it's nice but you could skill the commander skills to get it to 6 and nice priority buffs too but it's not deflect a good Cv player.

It isn't. Again, this is about comparable to a Zao which is utterly incapable of dealing with T8 CVs. Does Zao now have strong AA or sth?
