Soviet Carriers Early Access bundles prices "leaked"

Before anything, leaked is between air quotes because the client update is today (unless you already updated it like me) and the patch is as usual this Thu. Plus, there should also be an article about it today.

 

Someone dropped them on Flamu's Discord, i'll just repost them here.

 

The free daily bundles, nothing really to note here

 

The "other rewards" that you'll be able to get from the Soviet tokens

 

The main sequential bundles, it does appear that now you'll have to get the perma camo first, before you can get the ship.

 

The "Good old"  doubloon bundles (for T10 perma camo)

 

The rewards for the aircraft bureau contest

 

Having never played a "Battle of the Beasts" style event (either chose to ignore it or had other stuff to do) i don't really know what to say;  you guys have a go at them

How much are those doubloon bundles? These look like really poor value.

but that's not new, it had been this way several times (for example https://worldofwarships.eu/en/news/game-updates/soviet-cruisers-early-access/#rewards-for-tokens)

 

following the pictures one can get 1.225 token for free (3x 375 for each bureau round, 100 from daily bundles).  That's enough for "only" the first 4 bundles, while according to the article also the tier 8 perma camo should be available for free...

Remembering german and french BB line events. Grinding a lot, then skipping some tiers and getting the ships. Nowadays they SELL tech tree ships. It is ridiculous and unfortunately only a mirror of how stupid people really are, just to play (and basically test for free) ships a bit earlier. It is unbelievable.

People want to try out new toys, I bougt in most of those to a degree but now, no way Free stuff only, esp since I dont like playing CVs anyway

Bragging rights are also pretty much a non-entity these days in sailing a ship before anyone else. Seriously, who cares seeing someone else in some 'other' ship? It reminds me of that guy driving past you with his arm out the window, shirt off and music thumping so loud you can hear it in the next county...he thinks he's untouchably cool, whereas every other person in earshot of his cacophonic ego thinks he's the biggest tool around. Do you think this means the guy doing the bragging is only seen as a showoff? Who cares right, haha.

Outside of the RU server I cannot understand why anyone would be foolish enough to spend doubloons to accelerate getting these ships in early access.

You mean the same leak that was correct from flamu, so peegee changed their numbers at the last minute to pretend like it wasn't?

Why only x3? Bureau runs for 4 weeks (09 Sep - 07 Oct). So it's 1.6k token enough for all bundles except the last one. Anniversary tokens starts a week later but not the bureau.

With a premium being cheaper I really hard to see why they would but as you said. Many will.

The biggest problem of this event is the last steps of team progress being rewarded with soviet tokens. 100 for the last step it's a lot and it means that if your team sucks for a single week from those 4, you aren't getting the T8 permacamo without buying bundles. For community tokens you can probably buy 25 but not near enough.

 

So while the T8 permacamo is supposedly "free", it's very likely that in one of those 4 weeks your team will fail to do the last step like it happened in the Battle of the Beasts. In Battle of the Beasts you would lose far less because the captain was in the previous step.

 

I was excited to get a T8 permacamo for a CV but it's obviously another scam by WG.

Community tokens probably and buying soviet tokens with community tokens will be limited just like all the times. Realistically you are either lucky or you don't get the T8 permacamo without getting some bundles. 

 

I got it to give it to WG, this event is scummy as hell but at the same time is well thought. Make timegated missions while also putting players in competition knowing that probably only one team gets the last reward. At the same time if the players are very close to get the T8 permacamo they will spent 1k/2k dubs thinking it's a better value than the standard price of T8 camo(3k).

Ahhh , the tokens which will be worthless as WG keeps decreasing its value event after event........

 

Next year we have to buy tokens to compensate for the inflation on the main tokens, mark my words

ah thanks , there was my mistake. For some reason I 'mixed' the three teams with the number phases...
