We had that tier VI ship for testing as one idea how to get more balanced Guilio Cesare. But this wasn't taken positively from players and it would also mean direct nerf of a premium ship, which we don't want to do. I always wanted a GC for ranked. It was actually on discount during my initial days in this game but I impulse brought Dunker as my first premium because I was still stanning over Nolan's Dunkirk at that time and cause the ship looked much better...aesthetically.
