WG give us plenty to be angry about, but a new promo on Huanghe isn't on the list - she's always available for cheap if you don't have her already, but (as others mention), you need to be logged into the store to see her as such. I think most 'serious' clans don't take this season serious anyway, and why would you throw a hissy fit over people who spend 7 bucks on a ship because WG pulls something like you're putting in all caps. It's nothing compared to the other stuff going on.
