The simple fact that he is even considering leaving should say enough about how he is struggling with what is going on. Dumbed down CV Ree was fine, PR scam was players own fault, Commander rebork was a great addition to waste more captain exp points to get nerfed version of what you already had, Dutch cruisers 1 hit KO'ing ships were fine, and subs are long awaited addition to make the gameplay even more one sided and thus exciting for some.
