The game has changed a lot since MO was first released; sure, the radar can be useful, but with all the CVs and radar not being uncommon, she strikes me as a rather unremarkable BB in most other respects. As a DD enthusiast, I mainly worry about MOs because most of them have experienced captains in them; it's not because of anything inherent in the ship. Release them later via more normal means to hoover up any money left on the table. You mean I've missed my chance to get a Makarov in an Xmas box? I was wondering with the MO if they would ever nerf the ship (with the usual line about balancing).
