Victory Banner camo for Tier 10

This has prolly been asked before but it's been two years tops since Soviet battleships made it to WoWS and the devs have yet to release a Victory Banner version of camo for Soviet Tier X ships.
  I got this for Vlad during the 'Victory' event and it has been my favorite since, not so much for the ship itself, but the color scheme and the red star with drapes on the bow are really great to look at.  This even motivated me to grind Vlad the hard way and it's long overdue they released it for Slava and Kreml, two big beautiful ships that very much deserve it.

There's quite a few lines that lack such camos, I would like to see the italian Grigio-azzurro chiaro camo available on more ships, including Venezia, because it's just so clean and pretty.

 

But doesn't appear as though WG are in any hurry to make these available. And considering how if you had missed them the first time the only way to get them now is stuff like randomly in the summer containers I doubt, if they added them for the higher tiers, that they would be straightforward to obtain...

Well, you're in luck,  looks like Venezia already has one.

 It's nice to have a clean alternative to spaceship camos that don't always come with rust and water stains all over the hull.

If these are anything like SCs, then the odds of one getting Perma camos are very slim indeed and even if you do get one it is very likely the camo won't be for a ship that you want.
