Can I ask WG to refund ship which I bought with doubloons?

I know you can refund ship if you bought it will coal and played only one battle with it, but is it the same with ships for doubloons?

Afaik it does not matter which currency you used, yes.

I can only confirm that. The rule of 1 maximum battle played applies to any purchase, so also doublon one.
