How do i see all captains?

Is there a way to see all my captains in reserve of all nations at once? because I think I might have a commonwealth captain blocking space from when I had Perth for free for a limited time, and I can't find the option anywhere

 

edit: I know it was possible before the interface rework

No, with the "improvements" of the first major commander skill rework this is no longer possible.

You can only see the (reserve) captains of a certain nation, but not all.

Hi Chiog, 

 

As Principat already stated, after the commander skills rework, it is not possible to see the whole reserve of Captains. Now, when you click to change captains, the tab will show you all the Captains eligible for the ship you are using at the moment.

So how exactly will he be able to see and possibly dismiss his Commonwealth commander when he has no Commonwealth ship to free the reserve space? If that is not possible via the client interface will the customer support be able to provide information about the commander and dismiss him upon player's request?

buy a t 1 ship from each nation and then assign commander - probably the best option

That would work on every other nation, but the commonwealth has no tech tree.
