Actually, what I meant is that whenever I saw a player contacting them regarding similar issues they always helped every time it was possible to do it. Anyway, as said many times, our Customer Support has to process a lot of ticket requests every day. If you encounter a problem with one ticket, elevated it to us, we will try to help you 😊.
