[SM0KE] Verblonde Players 9,787 posts 20,582 battles Report post #30 Posted July 21, 2021 Dunno yet; I'll probably call it when I actually see the mission details etc. Because there aren't any T8 Operations any more, I probably won't get a huge amount of use from the thing, although another healing T8 cruiser would be nice to have for when I *have* to play that sort of ship for missions etc. although I do have things like Atago, Tone, and Eugen which are all probably better ships as far as I can tell (and two are nerf-resistant, which the new premiums aren't). Plus, there's always snowflakes... So, I could be described as not brimming with enthusiasm, but if I'm going to play enough to get close enough to venture a few doubloons, maybe. The thing I'm mindful of is that - to judge from the latest early access thing - WG are rather in a period of seeing what they can get away with before people's spending drops, so I'm expecting much of the upcoming dockyard event to be a bit lacklustre on the rewards front... 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I love the modern design and historic nature of the ship, but I'm not sure if I can deal with something as squishy as an Albemarle any more. For me the starter pack will be a real freebie due to lucky SC drops with dubs and some dubs from ranked.
