I have Missouri and the thing this ship really needs is to get her reload to 28 seconds. I'm using the accuracy mod which makes these guns reload on 30 seconds and that's not good.

Missouri was an unique ship, now downgrade to a "one from a dozen". This is about WG money hungry.

I started to play in january 2018. That was the time when the missouri got pulled out from the tech tree and the store. I've had like few weeks to decide: "Do i want to pay this much money on a "digital ship"?" And of course, after a few weeks of playing the game, i decided not to. That was my biggest mistake since i play this game :)

I didn't even knew about the credit earning capabilitities of the ship. I was just the ordinary casual playing guy who only knew about some ships. And ofc Missouri was the first and almost only ship that i knew of.

Since then, i was always "dreamed" about getting Mo some day in a santa/super crate. I was not that lucky sadly. I've got Kutuzov and Belfast, but no Missouri (i think thats the most rare ship you can get from even a santa crate).
And now here we are... "Here you go: You can buy the Missouri again! Oh did we mentioned that we're gonna nerf the income modifier for you?" I feel a little bit scammed. I know that it's not a scam ofc, but i feel it that way. I seriously thinking on not even buying the ship. And i didn't thought that i would say this if i get the chance to buy her. I have JB, Kron, Musa and i rarely play them (the game at all tbh) at all as well.

I'm a fully casual player. I mean, i'm 37 and i have a full time job. I not even have the time to play the game even if i would want to. I almost only play at weekends. In the last more than 3,5 years i only played 3k games. Not even 1k per year. Thats why i would not only wanted to get Missouri because of the name, but because of the help in credit earnings. For a casual player like me, it would have been a really BIG help :)

I feel that i've been slapped in the face tbh :D I've waited for this since i realised my mistake, about at the end of 2018. And now it feels like a face slap with a fish :D "Here you go: Missouri! Buuuuuuut it's actually not that one..."
I've never thought that i will say this ever but: It would be better FOR ME that it stays unreachable, than it returns as any other plain t9 prem ship.

I would have liked the OLD Missouri. Guess now I'll be sticking with good old reliable Iowa! Oh while I'm on a quick question. Can anyone explain the planned new secondary battery mechanic? Sorry but I cannot figure (feeble minded) if it is a buff back towards what we have lost, or a further nerf. It seems overly complex. Do we start at the current level 35% plus the 10% and work up towards 50% or is it starting at a ludicrous 10% and work up over the best part of a minutes continual firing (that would truly kill them) Why can't WG simply restore what they ruined!

This resulted in some Captains playing  IX Missouri more often than they planned.

I have played Mighty Mo 74 times as wows says... how many times it was unplanned??? How should I avoid to play unplaned games??? Or could you show to me how does look proper plan??? Where I have to post my plan??? Who must be aware of it???

I was about to request a refund for my Missouri but luckily enough, WG thought about this possibility from all Missouri owners.

 

So my suggesetion would be to rename new 10.7 Missouri to Missouri(B) (for Bargain)

 

Anyway, its a tier 9 BB with radar, not great armor, long range guns. Still playable and useful in Ranked.

Im so furious on myself that i was 1 click away from buying it for 34 and back then i thought, nah, this time i need my money, i will buy it after my holidays. 3 days later it was removed from sales without notice.....

Why dont you just bring another Iowa class battleship into the game?  Now there is confusion about new and old Missouri and you practicaly spit into the face of the proud owners of that ship who play your game for many years.

Never mind Missouri , if you are going to buff secondaries on BBs please bring our secondary builds back on Seigfried and Agir ( amongst others ) instead of the stupid torpedo skills for cruisers

@YabbaCoe If it's not a nerf indeed, one of the best way to reassure us would be to have camo flags and signals applied to this specific mission. That way we could be sure that the credit earned would stay the same. I doubt it's credit printing abilities are a real problem nowadays given how far between they are in battle. Got mine back in the days it was available for Free Xp, then you saw many of them. But not anymore.

During the time, when she was available for purchase, we had quite plenty battles with several Missouris per team. And overpopulation of certain ships is not really good. Basically the same happened with Jean Bart and Smolensk. We would like to have battles with more variety of setups. That is why some ships are removed from sales because of their huge popularity in battles.

I still haven't received an answer for my question about that mission and "how much the nerf would be". But imo it should consider other factors, so this mission should give more credits in percentage, than what the nerf of base income would be.

True is, that with this decision we basically removed the rarity status from the ship. But still, mostly it is meant to give the option for those, who desire to have this ship, to have the chance to have it. Especially when we are speaking here about one of the most legendary ships ever built.

The special module missions were supposed to be permanent too. What makes this one different? Who is to say it won't be removed after a year?

You are still mockerying people that have grinded their way in free XP to get that ship (I was lucky to get the ship in a Santa Crate after it was removed). And i still haved got the answer is it greed from WGs since they does this @YabbaCoe because in my eyes it seems and looks like greed from WGs side ??

NO, NO CHANGE TO MISSOURI.

Do FRIESLAND way using a sister ship.

Or made a new MISSOURI(1945) for example to be on sale.

 

A BIG NO to any changes on MISSOURI.
