Atago special and combat camos now only one variant.

I had bought special cammo for the Atago, it had two variants, now this one is the only one it shows. How is it possible? the same has happened to the combat cammo for this ship, now it only has one variant. Has anyone seen the same thing? Can bought cammos change this way? I have asked to suppoort.

 

The following is the variant missing now, which is the one I used on this ship

I have the Miami Vice: Atago edition camo too, will check that it still has both variants later tonight.

That is strange indeed. I know they all used to have more than one camo variants and now they all have one.

The combat cammo had two variants too, that one and one blue themed which I have no screenshot of.

So at some point I have lost two variants, each of two different cammos.

Annoyed enough to open a trouble ticket over it. Knowing CS they'll try to claim it's on my end, as usual..

I've put a ticket in as well, mainly on general principles.

 

Who should we bug (if anyone) on the forum from WG? I forget who's who...

Aye, just to add to the comments above I've checked my Atago and it has exactly the same issue, the option's still there to switch between the two versions of the Type 10 perma-camo, but there's no option to switch for the Special, Tropical or Combat camos.

I only have the combat camo, and I'm personally sure I never had any of the special camos. Do you guys who had them now see the doubloon prices for them?

Is this same what happened back in a days.. if you unlock possibility to use 2 different color schemes on japanese ships it just resets it to green one.. only have to go there and click second color scheme

Or that it was never any different. I remember the fight to get my black/gold Atago flag back after a patch made it black/white, and it took a double-digit number of messages to get it fixed (getting outright denials all the time).

Thank you. It seems they have fixed the Hood problem, is it? but in actual version 0.10.6.0 the Atago problem remains. I do not know about Leander, I have not got it.

This is my answer.

 

Good morning. In the forum the developers say they are looking into it. On the other hand, these camouflages are bought with doubloons. If it is a decision then I hope it is by mistake because if it is not it is a scam. Therefore, I do not accept the answer and insist that the camouflage variations be reviewed and returned to their previous state. This is very serious. All the best.

 

I do not know if the support crew is misinformed  so the answer does not match the developers answer here in the forums or contrary. 

 

Have your tickets been answered?

Is that reply from *coughs* 'Player Support' supposed to be a complete joke? 'Share your opinion on the forum'?... where 'the developers can see them'? ???

 

So... is 'the decision made by the game developers' some sort of a stock reply they have for ripping off their customers now?

Greetings again. I understand that the player help system, the support team, is the mechanism for communicating with the developers. Of course, the message is addressed to those who by mistake or conscious decision have produced this change, not to the messengers. There may be communication or interpretation problems of the messages, but the main problem, the main message, is that something that has been bought has been changed to half the value, without warning, in such a way that one of the camouflages would not have been bought And the other one now only has half the content I paid for. These are not game balance modifications. If there is a decrease in value, it should be compensated if it is a conscious decision and, if not, correct the error.

Aye. Your customer support person shouldn't be allowed to communicate with English speakers though - the language they're using is almost certainly going to rub people up the wrong way.
