I bet 50 millions, knowing perfectly that I had no chance to win ...

62M, clearly no win. The concept is poor from a fun point of view. The same people as last time won, its purely a huge credit drain.

If there would be "first come, first serve" snap sales or at least proper pools itd be a lot better

Dont worry the next minimum bid will be for 50 million credits. Also what is up with offering 100k coal in such a short period of time now sure not everybody has won that but....I wonder if the next coal ship will be even more expensive than neustrashimy perhaps 360k coal tier 10 ship.

It seems like 100 Mio was the minimum amount to win. I got the coal with 100 Mio, some others who registered their bid later didn't get it though.

That's the idea. The auction is not supposed to be "fun", WG hates fun with a burning rage. What it is, is an attempt to drain the millions gathered by 1% of the players.

After those resources are gone WG will retire the auction concept.

Well, either this would truly be the case- coincidentally- or there might be a cap by WG, rather than the actual 5000 winners.

I think they should release the anonimised list of winnets, purely by amount bid, to clarify this kind of data towards the playerbase too

Fine, but why twice 100k coal in such a short period only for the same players? I hope that its clearly meant to purge the credits held by a clearly defined target group, but that group cant becof equal size between all servers, so right now EU is just having a disdavtages when it comes to numbers, while in NA there are ppl with 1.000.000.000 creds+

Not sure what fun you're expecting to get from an auction? I think first come first served would be even less 'fun' as people with RL comitments would be at a huge disadvantage.

Also I won a lot of coal from the first auction but did not win this time around, so not all of the same people are winning. I suspect the players who have vast reserves of credits will be hoovering these up each time.

I bid 50 000 005 of silver.

As expected, this was far too little to win.

Looking at the screens, one should bid about 100 M to win.

Hmm, WG keeps draining players' resources. Memory flag for 5 M? Are they crazy or so greedy?

I think they undurstood that with unlimieted silver players dont have any neccestity to play lower tiers.

My bid was some 30M, clearly not enough.
Wanted to find out of the price was increasing from last month... it seems it is increasing.
It seems to bee 100M, up from some 82M last month.

Well, I saw Flamu drop 100mil on the auction on his EU account, while having 980k coal, while not really playing on EU.

It's not about having a need for coal, it's about being able to just have it.
