WoWs at this point is almost like this really talented football player that never reached his full potential because he focussed partying instead of improving. There was no greatness to be found 2016ff - the game just sustained bits the initial momentum. And that dispersed over time. "They're forgetting who they're bloody talking to" is referring to the fact that she was the one who suggested a 457mm Royal nay HE spammer called Thunderer as a meme (or joke) basically. The LWM Thunderer was a T9 lumbering shotgun with awful accuracy and range.
