The guns are underpowered since you miss a lot compared to Alaska, particulary at larger ranges, but you have to be at larger ranges because this cruiser is enormous in size. It may be a opportunity for WGs vodka department to get some extra cash for including some dockyard ships as rare ships + the withdrawn T10 ships? What's unfair about it? You can consider that you got an early access to the ship via paying money. But in the end players should have the chance to get her again and I personally prefer via steel. No, you can't consider you got an early access to PR.
