What the point make new  branch if all existed branches unplayable? 
CV ammunition super expensive, any BB have that expensive shells.
CV  planes weak, CV can't make enough damage.
After all these you create new MORE USELESS BRANCH !!! Why?
First correct and buff what we have, add more HP for planes, reduce cost of all planes and make aiming fast and easy.
Only then add new branch!

I stopped reading your tirade at this point and took a look at your stats. You have a few dozen games in the post-rework CV's, and you are correct when you imply that they didn't go well. 

 

If you like the post-rework CV gameplay, stick to one of for at least a few dozen matches -- maybe even a hundred. Work on it and try to get good. Ranger is great first CV. 

 

Plenty of players have got the current CV's to work great. They routinely deal out more damage than in BB's of the same tier. 

 

And don't stress about a new CV line being introduced. It's not really something for a CV beginner like yourself. The Russian CV's are something for us, who have played hundreds or even thousands of games in the CV's. We also deserve new content.

Ideas for new ships !!!

You could add Romanian ships. You have plenty of ships to choose like: Destroyer Regele Ferdinand(King Ferdinand), Destroyer Regina Maria(Queen Mary), Destroyer Mărășești, Destroyer Mărăști, the Submarine Delfinul( the Dolphin) which sunk Destroyer Moskva(Moscow) and damaged really bad cruisers Harkov and Voroshilov in the raid on Constanta, Submarine Rechinul(the Shark) or Submarine Marsuinul( the Porpoise). You could add them like premium ships to make money or tech tree ships. It would be something new, a great update. Many people would like it and you will have a huge success !

I have a distant cousin who spent 900 days in Stalin's prison because he was suspected for having spied for the Swiss Navy. They never could find evidence, though... I suspect that means evidence of any Swiss Navy.. but in the end they had to let him go. He was formally rehabilited only posthumously in 1991.

While the Swiss navy is indeed formidable they can't compare to the glorious Russian Navy :
