Not per definition, but there is a pattern. In my opinion not really a surprise because the maps are often smaller and the action is more centered near the caps so these range dependend classes can't be efficient when played at range. The lowest amount of games in the Top 100 is 19 (same on EU and NA) in the list. I ranked out Sprint 1 Bronze in 18 games (Sinop exclusively) with a 83.33% WR, which should be #5 on the leaderboard, but i'm not listed. That said, a well played Ise could be very strong in bronze ranked, as most matches don't have a CV, so it can give you a pretty hefty spotting advantage. The stats seem to be optimized for random matches, where it makes sense to not count players having only a few matches with a given ship. By taking for example a tech line IX BB, you are statistically definitely hurting your side's chance to win because the chances of facing Musashi or JB are very high. Even more prominent on VII Cruisers with monsters like Belfast around (but that's nothing new, at least now there's an option to go with one tier lower ships). Khaba times are back heh? Actually you pick Musashi as a BB, not because you need to dominate other BBs, but because you want to be able to carry the game with 3DDs per side. Picking any other ship than a DD, or a radar cruiser drastically lessens your influence on the outcome. You need an OP BB if you want to stay competitive. Also, there are some more competitive tech tree ships, like the Izumo, or the Soyuz, but you cannot move a 19-21 pointer on them for free, and their stats are also brought down by noobs grinding them the first time. When it can sink Mushashi in a duel and then deal considerable damage to other enemies, it is not a weak ship. 184k is even a little excessive (n ranked ! ) i think......CC would foam at the mouth over that if it were other ships......
