No way they will publish all the details, some winners may not want to be known.

Most of it will come out in here I suppose, certainly winning and losing amounts.

Yes. But I expect that they most likely won't.

Thus far, I've seen people bid anything from 25m and 1 credit to over 120m. Haven't seen any extreme bids thus far, but perhaps they won't let their (over)bids know out of shame or something?

I wonder if the bot clan has made enough credits to bid successfully.

I don't care about names, but i'd like to know what the top 5 highest bids were in each category. For no special reason other than my curiosity. :cap_like:

Winning bids are so high, becouse all servers were bidding the same auction and there was only 5000 winners World wide...

Russian version was translated wrong and it states:

Количество победителей и ставки будут общими для СНГ, европейского, американского и азиатского серверов World of Warships.

The number of winners and bets will be common (or - will be shared) for the CIS, European, American and Asian World of Warships servers.

Yes and thats why the calculation were on 5000 lots/server. I bid 30M so I was way off. But several questions were raised and answered like it was 5000/server when we tried to confirm the rules.

Russian text from https://worldofwarships.ru/ru/news/game-updates/update-0104-german-destroyers-part-2/ clearly states: lots are shared on all servers.

and after some questions raised, WG Help replied:

Вроде же четко и ясно написано в соответствующей новости.

Да, что касается лота с углем, то выставлено на продажу ровно 5000 единиц такого товара, причем для всех серверов сразу, а не для каждого сервера в отдельности.

It seems that it is very clearly written in the relevant news. Yes, as far as the lot with coal is concerned, exactly 5,000 units of such a product are put up for sale, and for all servers at once, and not for each server separately.

Unimportant details, comrade. We do not want to overwhelm our prey with too much information. It makes scamming them so much more difficult. :Smile_trollface:

Being Polish, I am rather anti-comrade, but I know this language as my own ;-)

@CeKyPuTo Did you happen to buy coal in the recently ended Sci-fi event by change?

The one where we were offered a one-off purchase of 5,000 coal for 1,500,000 credits, followed on by full priced Coal containers with 7,500,000 credits-

That would have translated to 100,000 coal for 150million silver

So you don't have to polish your language skills, right? :P

Spoiler

I see a Polish brother I click like. dwa bratanki

Also I was thinking that the number of slots mattered less than we make of it.

Considering that the minimum bid was 25 and from day 1 everyone knew (even with 5000/server) you would have no chance to grap it at 25-30-40-50 mill so people bi higher. There we can safely assume that there were a lot of bids placed in the 70-80 mill range. So even if each server had 5000 the lowest amount wouldn't differ much but probably 5-6% of the currently lowest bid. I know this would mean a lot to a lot of players. I was just thinking outside the box for a bit.

Probably at EU server not so much, but it could be a difference on low player server like NA. If people knew they are bidding all the World, then many would bid  much higher. For me it's only a game, so i don't care too much about it.

"Funny is", again they translated something wrong (somebody used probably Google translator) and there was not a single official dementi.
