For a start I apologize for my poor English. So what I want to say is to the fans of dds, you keep complaining one about the air carriers, about the radars and much more, tell me you find it fair in a battle of 15 ships 5 to be dds with smoke with 'hiding' (true impossible} with speed and ease in maneuvers, If it is fair then all to play with dds because to waste our time with battleships, fighting with 12 dds 1-2 cruiser, and 1 air carrier. but do not see it only from one side, you always do the same.many of you will say I'm crazy but I care a little, it's just a game.Have a good day, thank you !!!!

• it is fair
• it is max 12 ships per side
• not all DD have or use smoke
• DD are the worst counter to DD
• DD numbers are not a big problem for BB, unless you do not support your DD, then you need your barely existing cruisers to help you
• btw the reason that there are so few cruisers is because of the dominance of BB

I have more BB battles in random than you...

 

I have also a higher solo winrate in BB than in DD, because BB are such a "poor" class...

DDs complain about CVs and Radar...

BBs complain about Cruisers, DDs, Torps, fires, HE... did i forget something? Very likely, but thats already more than DDs complain about.

Warfare is unfair.  Every ship class has a role to play in a battle (except CVs-- they're just here to annoy and ruin the fun) and Destroyers have the most important role of being the eyes and ears of the battle. 

If history is any indication,  a convoy - be it merchant or military isn't complete without Destroyer escorts.
