So remember that day when they said they'll do a UI change for Aircraft Carriers...
when that day came by, I got this bug/glitch/whatever you may call it

and I can't play the game with it because it crashes the game whenever I spend more than a minute in it... Not just for Attack Aircraft but for all The Squadrons.

Torpedo bombers may be the least one because when I start the attack it continues normally but after that it goes back to that glitchy/buggy thing

Alone on the map with the highest performance and you get 8 FPS? Yeah maybe try to play the game on a PC and not on a toaster, then it shouldn't crash.

well that may be a part of it but that doesn't change the fact that the bug wasn't there before the update...

sorry to say but probably caused by your GPU.

I've recently bought a new PC, before that, I was having problems with opening the some sections in the port..

all started about a year ago.. all fixed with the new GPU...

I guess the game is not as optimized for low end PCs as it was before.

What are your PC specs? Also, sorry if I treat you like a toddler, but: Did you de-dust your heatsinks/fans? Such artifacts often appear when hardware overheats, maybe there is a dust-problem

I concur... it is most likely very very old GPU coupled with some very very old drivers... sorry no hope here for the OP... :Smile_sad:

P.S.

I still have old old (13 years = bought in 2008) HP Pavillion DV7 laptop with i7 CPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD and 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 DirectX 11 GPU - I can run WoWs at 1600x900 on it with 30-40-50-60 FPS at lower-ish settings... this GPU must be much much older... :Smile_hiding:

I have a Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU 3.30GHz
with a Nvidia Geforce 210 GPU
it's a pretty potato pc but I'm fine with how the game is preforming it's not as bad as one may think
just that thing with CVs I don't get...

The "latest" nVIDIA driver for your card is 5 years old... it is simply obsolete and can't support all DirectX 11 features... sorry... :Smile_sad:

Funny enough my 13 years old ATI (now AMD) GPU has 3 year old drivers IIRC... :Smile_hiding:

This is probably why you're getting artifacts...

in its GT218-300-A2 variant, the card supports DirectX 11.1. Even though it supports DirectX 11, the feature level is only 10_1, which can be problematic with many DirectX 11 & DirectX 12 titles.

You need a better card, or try the cpu's intergrated graphics

The worst thing is that its pretty much impossible to upgrade right now, all the new gpus are constantly out of stock, or being sold at a minimum of 50% markup

Yes, GPU prices are horrible in the last few months, one of my best decisions was to pull the trigger on a Asus Rog Strix 1660s for 370 USD five months ago.........now that card, if its even available, 800+ USD.

But in the OP's case, even a cheap card like the GT710 for 80 USD , could mean a real difference. Or if he wants to spend a bit more for even more power, a  130 USD GT 1030 would do fine.

My former PC (a lenovo laptop which now my son uses for minecraft)

Had almost the same config. same CPU same ram, no SSD, AMD M265 R7 GPU..

I was playing the game on the lowest settings at 1920*1080 and streaming at 720P at the same time..

I agree.. OP's computer must be running on steam :cap_haloween:

As for a CV, it is a well deserved bug.

You probably do need to upgrade the GPU. I have played WoWs on Integrated graphics but that was a few years ago on HD4000, and your integrated GPU is weaker than that.

Graphics cards are a bit of a nightmare at the moment if you're trying to buy new but you might find a GTX 750 Ti used. Alternatively there are still some GT710s around for less than £50, and even though that is only equivalent to modern integrated graphics that will be better than something from 2010.

Doesn't the 4000 in P4000 refer to the price? :Smile_amazed:

Putting a modern graphics card in an old PC rarely works, too - I've tried it. If it fits and doesn't fry the Power Supply (or vice versa), you need something which will boot from a legacy BIOS (not UEFI) or the whole thing will just refuse to start. Looking up motherboard bleep codes is not an exciting way to spend a weekend..... :Smile_sceptic:
