Dev Incompetence or just (edited)?

Played a Georgia earlier, full secondary build. 142 secondary hits= 8K damage.

 

I saw the post where the math was done to show just how bad secondary builds are, which a dev responded to with "mMmM sPReAdsHiTe". The devs either are clueless about the game, are Edited*, or just straight up garbage at their job. It's obvios to me, edited*

i remember a game in Georgia with around 300 secondary hits and at the end didnt even manage more than 15k ... really a joke at this point

The US secondaries simply dont have the pen to get through on many places. They deal damage to DDs and Superstructures on other ships, and thats basicly it. Some ships like RN CLs will also receive damage and also a few T7 Cruisers.

US Secondaries rely on fires, germans work with direct damage.

Building US BBs above Massa for secs is pointless, it was pretty pointless before skill rework as well TBH ever since the armor rework actually

oh come on, you still haven't tried our soon tier 10 matches with t10 subs, and, when we will test them, in any way, i will not want them to be more than 1 in a single team at t10 matches.

i would use them to hunt cvs when im bored, actually.

I got 20k damage with ~100 hits with Ragnarok/Amagi secondary build. Maybe your secondary gunners need to learn to aim properly. :cap_haloween:

Not really....playing sec specced ohio and georgia was some of the most fun I've had in this game.

Publisher and developer Wargaming has decided to close its R&D division, App2Top reported.

The platform states that several resources told them about this decision. The department was spread across five offices. Over 100 people were members of this division. 

A company's representative noted that the news won't result in massive layoffs, and developers were offered different positions at other departments. Some resources also state that the company had to let the management team go. Little is known about whether they plan to continue working on the team's projects.

The move is a part of a new restructuring process, sources said. They don't want to shut down research and development entirely but rather spread the process across other departments.

Hope its the CV rework lousy devs.

As a general rule whichever one you can do the most relative damage in, but if you have suitable premiums, it's T9...

Just one rather large problem with this, Wargaming do not develop WOWS, nor do they do any r&d, it's Lesta who design and develop the game.

Like I said last year during subs test, I won't stick around to play with or against them.

But I will be happy to witness a tragedy that will happen afterwards; game dying faster

This game has went full tilt down the toilet. It is utter shite. How do you [edited]up things so badly?

You need to wait for the new secondary specialist BBs which will have built-in bonuses to their secondary's, that you cant spec for via skills.

They should be arriving as soon as WeeGee see a dip in sales revenue....
