Twitch Containers.

Anyone who has not received their Twitch Container should know that according to WG they have a problem with them being issued.

I have no idea why the copy and paste is white...

 

We see that you have already received the mission.

We actually have a problem with the Twitch container accrual. The development team is working on a solution right now.

As soon as we have any information regarding this issue, we will contact you immediately.

We would like to ask for your patience as we try to get this resolved at the soonest possible time.

Support is still telling me to unlink and relink the account and try this and that and the other. I am sure they mean well, but NOTHING WORKS. Normally I wouldn't care, but of course it has to happen during KotS.

I claimed a mission and a twitch container yesterday, but they both weren't added to my account

Unfortunately, we are still having an issue regarding the Twitch Drops Containers. We are already working on a fix. In the meanwhile, if you haven't done it yet, could you please open a ticket with our Customer Support about it?

If the containers still didn't arrive at your port, please try to do the logout and then login again and unbind and bind again your Twitch account. If this doesn't work, please open a ticket with our Customer Support.

Ticket send yesterday ,all i got was - reconnect ur account with twitch,clear ur browser cache... I recieved my mission on friday,but not my container

None of that worked. And trying to contact CS is about as fun as having a tooth pulled withOUT anestesia.

No no you need to claim the Kots containers manually from the Twitch drops menu.

They are different from the other little drops.-

imo it shows very well how wg/lesta thinks of us ... weak after weak they are not able to deliver even these miserable containers 

all that we get is that now we've fixed and next week same crap continuous ...

You realize that part of the problem might be on the Twitch side of things? The problems started since TWITCH changed the whole drop system. Based on the many complaints by streamers about Twitch, I would not be surprised if that is a big reason for the mess now.

Doesn't change the fact that CS has a lot of people who are either unable or unwilling to actually do their jobs and help people. That pre dates the issue with the drops considerably. <.<

for me it is even worse after the "fix"...previously I received at least the mission without contacting the support, now neither mission nor container...(and yes, I did the unlink-link)...

Both mission and container are broken this week. It's worsening as the weeks pass.

then it is wg/lesta's job to get us compensated but I bet that they kept it to themselves

I find it baffling though how people blame WG for what seems to be mostly Twitch f***ing things up!

Both container and missions not working for me.
I accepted the drop but they do not show in the game. I hope this gets fixed soon (either by Twitch or WG).
