Bans and Mods

So i just returned to the game after 1 year of break a played for a a few weeks and than i got banned recently for 1 week for using illegal programs and imitating battles i tought it was because i left wows runing in the background and forget it .While playing somthing else.

After the bann was lifted  gone back into the game and a few days later i just got another week of ban.

 

so  i am confused i tryed contacting support but it does not give me any good answers regarding to why i got banned apart from specifaing that i used ilegal programs to imitate battle.

My guess is that my mods were causing it to triger something in the game. After this conclouson i decided that i reinstall and avoid mods at all. However my second bann is just abaout to expire can i play peacfully or soud i worry? i uninstaled the game and deleted all remaining files before reinstall.(incuding mods) Any experiences so far  from anybody woud be welcome. while i tried to find details about this problem it is  3 years old.

 

I d like to point out that i does not used any cheats intentionaly.

Maybe it would help if you could say which Mods you used. 

 

If you use Mods, modstation have the official allowed mods.

Deleting everything and reinstalling should do it.

Modstation and Aslain are the two approved mod programs.

 

 I wouldn't use anything else.

i used aslains mods before with some i cant remember properly i used a lot  and already deleted it mostly port mods but in combat i used the

remaining AA and secondary mod

runing lights

enemy ships  HP mods

 

i cant recall all off them

Consider that according to WG there is atleast 1 illegel Mod on your PC I would strongly recommend to kick all Mod Programms from your PC and to make sure that there are no Mod Programms left.

At this Point you should play without Mods because if WG gives you another Warning for some Reason you might loose your Account and then you have to start from Zero with a New Account.

Mod Programms that are not related to WOWS are not a Problem.

But you have to be sure that there is no Way that any of these Programms can interfere with wows.

If you want to be on the safe Side I would remove them too.

You are using a bot, that is clicking you into battles 99% of your games.

 

Why do you even come and look for sympathy here?

 

You know exactly what you are doing, and you pretend to be a victim.

 

Can we close this? This is exactly what the community is complaining about a lot.

Basically anything that accesses the game client could be an illegal program, yes.

I cannot really say much more than that. Make sure to do a clean-reinstall and also make sure that you got no other programs running in background that could manipulate WoWs such as programs to automate movements and play for you (bots), which is meant by "illegal programs to imitate battle".

1. Haven't seen a regular mod that will get you banned.
2. External scripts (cheats-programs, directx-injectors or auto-clicker-scripts (as come with some mouses)) will get you banned.

what ?? some mouse micros can triger it?i do have a gamer mouse and probably has some preprogrammed macros on it i just dont use it

Aslain pack is 100% safe... just to make everything clear here. The guy puts A LOT of effort into his work... all mods that he includes in his pack are checked.

i usualy do play agressivly and obviosly got sunk fast also i have a set of ships i use so i prety fast go from one battle to another in a mater of seconds no cheats required just i am just having a routine into that mostly on grinds tougt. i didnt even noteced that i have such a large number on a daily bases i dont care much for stats tough.

Right, because WoWs needs any kind of makros. Keep digging yourself deeper. You have obviously no clue, how anti-cheat detection works. People, that actually do, see right through you. Your makro-excuse is not really creative tho. Heard it the first time in 2004 I think from a cheater.

 

btw: you already got told pretty obvious from a WG employee, what you are doing. You still try to look for a way to keep botting? Or whats your aim here?

last thing i read older files can also cause problems that is why i came here for other more up to date info on these problems.the said thread fis from NA an it is 3 year old.

Clean reinstall, remember.

 

Should you have anything in Documents, Library, or Preferences, I think those need to be wiped as well.
