It should be the same as for players using WGC. Simply go to this article, be logged in on the portal and claim the premium, while it is still possible.

You received those 14 days yesterday. Your premium time is active until 24th May.

For example, I did clicked the button and received those 14 days, even though it is 3rd May already.
