Yes, those 14 days will be added on top of your current number of premium days.

i guess its a good thing for them bad or poor players, tho... well, more carrying will need to be done and more bad players to shoot at - either way, hopefully there will be more activity, so it makes me happy too, somewhat

Why wouldn't you collect those premium days? It is free to take, you don't have to do anything for that
