I did not get the mission.... twice. I made another twitch account cause the first one was linking to asia.worldofwarships.com for some reason. Now made a new account on twitch, linked it and still nothing. But I did get the twitch container... so something is not working.

To make sure, it does says that the mission is claimed.

The KotS mission chain showed up after a refresh of the claim page a few hours later.

 

You'd think that when Twitch tells you that a new claim is available, the drop would show up at the same time when navigating to the page...

Same here.

Twitch says I have received 1 Twitch container, 1 KOTS Mission and 1 10.3 Mission but I have not received any of them in the game.

 

In the account management, it says my game account is linked to Twtich.

 

Any suggestions for solution ?

Its been over 2 hours now and still nothing in the game for me..... :(

No problem with the twitch inventory.

 

Drops are not delivered in the game.

Well yes. Any streamer could apply to stream KoTS, so it is not limited to CCs only.

Unfortuantely once you already completed the collection, you will only get duplicates and therefore credits from that.

There is no new collection, it is still the same from the beginning.

 

 

Btw guys, which ones of you still have some issues with Twitch and getting drops/missions etc.?

Something is broken here.
Hope this will help others. I will create a support ticket now with data below.

Short version.
Players should be able to gain 8  of the KotS collection in KotS XII.
These 8 elements consists of {1 in game client mission for all 2021 Apr 23 till May 31} and 7 Twitch drops by watching tournament streams live.
At this time it seems players only got the 1 of 8 in game client mission.
If you watched and claimed the Twitch drop mission 1 of 7 {thus KotS XII element 2 of 8} this does not arrive in port like other Twitch drops.

Longer version.
WoWs website post stated we can get 8 elements in KotS XII.
a. 1 of 8 was "Special mission chain in game client from Apr 23 to May 31".

b. Elements 2 to 8 will be Twitch drops {missions} if you watch the tournaments.

What actually happened till now?
=> My Twitch and WoWs account is linked no issues with other drops in past +- 2 years. Proof here,
Before KotS XII started I already had 7 of 16 elements from previous years. Proof is here as progress 2020.12.31.
a. Element 1 of 8 was available in the game client as mission for all from Apr 23. 
{7 fires, 1 mil damage to ships, Earn 2 heroic achievements}.

b. Sunday 21.04.25 the first Twitch drop 1 of 7 mission was listed in Twitch active.
You had to achieve this mission Twitch 1 of 7 between 2021.04.25 0800AM and 2021.04.26 0100AM GMT+1.
This was earned by watching 90 minutes of listed streamers by WoWs.
Progress proof of Twitch 1 of 7, Sunday morning, proof here at 2021.04.25 1208 GMT+1.
Once the Twitch drop was completed it was claimed see proof here. 
Youo can see my account only gained 1, the game client mission, not the second item from Twitch drop item 1 of 7. See proof here.

The issue, this claimed Twitch drop 1 of 7 did not arrive in game as mission or drop.
The only progress at this time for "KotS Collection" was one mission that became available for all players in game client Apr23 till May 31.

Players can only complete this collection once in your WoWs career. 
No source for this, seems reasonable to conclude as all other Collections works like this.

Hello. So as you mentioned, you have your Twitch linked for several years now, in fact from 2018.

In the beginning of this year Twitch itself made several changes in their platform, which affected any Twitch Drops. It wasn't just ours, but also for other games. 

That is why unforutnately everybody have to relink their Twitch account on our portal. 

So please, go to worldofwarships.eu and login in top right corner. After login click on your nickname and select Account Management. There click to Unlink your Twitch and after that link your Twitch account again.

When you will be ready with this, just login to the game again and you should receive all the Drops you claimed on Twitch to your WoWs account.

Sorry if it's been mentioned, One of the missions for the KOTS container says get awards and says it's available in Co-Op but you need to get awards, I'm not missing anything new am I, is this just a mistake?

There should be OR option with that mission, so you can still fulfill that mission playing coop.

So it is correct. This is the first KoTS mission you could receive.

There you can see, that second drop will be 01/05, 08:00 UTC — 02/05, 00:39 UTC and third one day later, so 02/05, 07:00 UTC — 03/05, 01:00 UTC

It is according to several rounds of KoTS. Last weekend it was Qualifying round, this weekend it will be Group stage.

Perhaps there is some confusion on my part, but I don't see the "or" option you refer to in Mission 1 for the KotS container requiring 2 heroic achievements. Is it possible to complete this mission in Co-op?
