I personally do not have any problem with any verbal attack on me ingame... Of course, it's not. If you wanted it to be balanced, it would mean that each race would have the same chance of winning no matter who they went against. Which in starcraft 1 and 2 it isn't the case. You could clearly see the ebbs and flows of each of the race matchup's win rates over here: http://aligulac.com/misc/balance/ No game that has diversity involved is truly balanced. Only those where you have the exact same tools at your disposal as your opponents. And with games like WoWs where there are literally hundreds of ships, it's frankly impossible.
