Coal drops from Resource containers nerfed?

i have noticed that i haven't seen double or triple coal drop from daily resource container for quite a while, anything changed?

i know that triple coal was super rare, but i used to get double coal rather often, but not a single one in last month or so

 

 

edit: ofc the next chest after posting was double coal...

I got both double and tripe recently (and I always use "More Resources" only - for years now)... nothing has clanged AFAIK...

I am getting double and tripple drops less often but they were not really common anyway so might be just RNG ...

I was wondering about that myself but tbh I don't play till I've done all three drops anymore so my fault, I don't do well with Any in game containers or anything involving RNG, I think there's a Naughty List

I don't think container drops have been nerfed yet, no.

 

Combat mission rewards, though... wow. 10k credits, no flags, no camos. I still have some, but naked ranked is a possibility. Not that I care. I need camos for grinding.

Can't say I noticed any change in double coal or triple coal drops TBH.

I think the 10k credit missions are fine. Means you can easily skip those you don't need and not missing out on any notable rewards. There's still plenty of signals and camos to be earned in all kind of different missions which don't require you to play a specific ship type. Camos and signals are also frequently found in event containers, twitch drops, and can be bought for pretty much any resource (including event tokens).

I always collect the coal variant crate. At least plays one game to get one crate a day. But settling on enough games daily to get the 2nd too.  Not really feeling that RNG gives less 2nd or even 3rd coal. But "it feels"that coal goes slower. Most likely because WG introduces more new ships / items to spend your coal then that the coal crates can deliver even if you play to the max ( 3x coal crates + 400 from the 6 daily missions).

 

I consider myself a disciplined coal collection player and currently i just picked up my final remaining admiral, Lutjens. But now still farming coal for Pommern, Marco Polo, Z-xx, Flint, Immelman and finally Neustrashimy. And there will be the new 35K coal JPN captain. Without drawing your wallet free coal only will get you that far. I accept that.

Currently about 2 crates a day with 200 coal extra from daily missions. Thats a guaranteed 1000 coal (excluding clan bonus). Any more is a bonus. The 2000 coal from this dockyard is a bit low (only the free phases form me) but next month new type of daily rewards will give again some more.

 

But the coal income shortages "feel"is imo more about the greater availability of things to spend coal on.

Sounds like everyone's RNG is rather different, but for what it's worth, my experience is that 'multiple' coal drops seem rather less frequent lately. Then again, I've been playing so much less that I'm rarely getting to the second crate these days, and that was before being forced to start the auto-update on Tuesday (despite opting out long before), thus not being allowed to play at all, and not bothering to complete it until today. Still, it used to feel like at least maybe 40% of the time I'd get a multiple, nowadays it seems like maybe one in five or less. I would be spectacularly unsurprised if WG have nerfed things behind the scenes.

probably your rng has a bad day , 3x 600 was it ?  i usually tyl cntainers and get 900 coal sometimes , not that i need them , coal ships atm are quite meh to me. nothing strikes my fancy in the current playstyle , no one wants to push , people stay either behind islands 24/7 or in smoke and farm dmg on people that push in, and when you push in you get punished hard  or people stay at max range with deadeye and people hatin on cvs as usual necause they cant use said coward tactics

They used to give triple drops more often. But back in that time Super Containers were super and we didn't have containers giving you 1! flag...

I had yesterday triple coal drop from the first crate. But I did notice it's less common then in the past maybe. I should look into it more.

I can confirm that nothing was changed in this regard. It is still the same and also random.

I always get triple Resources and record them in a spreadsheet, yes I know!!!

In the last couple of weeks 1200, 1200, 1600, 2000, 1600, 1200, 1200, 1200, 1600, 1200, 1600, 1200, 1200, 2000, 1600 so I'd say they are absolutely on average.
