2,200 doubloons for each phase in the shipyard? WG you became very greedy. Suddenly I lost my interest for the dockyard. keep doing it.

The standard hulls of the following ships have been replaced with new ones based on researchable hulls with a modified set of AA defenses

what will they change?  for those dd's?

Hizen: 4 phases to buy, 1.950 doubloons each = 7.800 doubloons (max needed 50.700 doubloons to buy all 26 phases)

ZF-6: 3 phases to buy, 2.200 doubloons each = 6.600 doubloons (max needed 48.400 doubloons to buy all 22 phases)

For Z-23  gun removal, is it correct that it's 15000 Ship xp and not 15000 free xp? I have all modules/entire DD tree unlocked.

  • Giving the KM DD the role of CL hunters is like training Antilopes to attack Lions, might work for a moment, but after that you want to be the Lion, not the Antilope...
  • the RM BB changes are questionable, Dante is not strong, Conte is rather fine and Andrea does not need better SAP
  • the removal of the 150mm guns on Z-23 is questionable, especially when Gaede can keep them... - the problem is the introduction of magic shells for some ships, when other ships use the same guns, but do not get the magic shells

Is a DD and should cost less then a BB. Next time they will be 26 phases... they make it less obvious...

Is it known what exact rewards will give each phase? Did Steel ( 2000 or 3000 as I remember ) will be reward for penultimate phase like it was with Hizen?  Phase 2 is only phase which gives Coal?

These compensations for people who have played to unlock those C hulls a long time ago are so meaningless. Yeah come on !! Give me ship XP for a ship that I already elited months or years ago ...

 

I would almost feel less insulted if you just say : no compensation at all ...

So you won't loose anything, you will only get additional Ship XP on your ship. You can simply leave it there (like the one you can have there if you play with Elite ship), or you can convert it to Free XP with doubloons.

- 6.600 is 15% less than 7.800

- maybe you want to have a look at the prices for other tier 9 special ships, especially Pommern and Z-44?

It is for second camouflage pattern and second flags for French ships.

Yeah, I don't lose anything, but I don't gain anything !! Wg is compensating me for having had to unlock something no longer in game with a gift that I must pay for in order to use it ...

 

All previous compensations were with free XP, you know, in that good old time where WG cared about its players instead of considering them as cash cows...

what about when we lost secondary accuracies or fire prevention? does this count. you give us essentially nothing

Actually with changes to Hipper it was also in Ship XP: https://worldofwarships.eu/en/news/game-updates/update-098-wows-anniversary/

Yeah, I tend to forget the Hipper's case as I don't played it and this wasn't concerded by it.

 

But we all know that WG has engaged on this slope for some time ...

One word of advice, please do carefully consider what bullcrap you spout in the patch update videos. I don't think the German DD 150s will have better penetration than BB 406 or so, yet it is stated in the video that the German DDs have guns that penetrate where other ships fail to do so. It says literally other SHIPS not other DESTROYERS ....
