The first code gives a number of flags and the second a mission (random and ranked for one part and random, ranked and co-op for the second part).  Only one part of the mission needs to be completed.

Only... there's something fishy about those two codes... can't quite put my finger on what it is about them that unnerves me...

 

EDIT They seem to give some signal flags (7) and three (3) Type 21 camos, that is, if you use OP's two codes and those posted by @Pow_tae_toe. Since there are 11 codes, one goes unaccounted, no idea what that gave, or which it is.

WG, having learned important lessons from the CV reework and captain skill rework etc., is under no circumstances about to risk buggering up the game further by adding submarines...?

Can someone tell me what these codes give ? I've gone through the redeeming process which appears to work, but nothing gets added in the game. Am I missing something ?

When submarines show up, assuming they get crow-barred into Randoms (rather than getting their own mode), I plan on taking option c) - play Valheim and other things until the dust settles...

That's probably where  I should have looked.  The first two, UNDERWATER and  SUBMARINEBONUS  were added, but I don't think the others were, since there was no pop-up in the bottom right corner. Certainly, there is no Type 21 camo, or an additional Red Heat camo. Ah well, so much for that - not worth worrying about.

Its not about when, but how many.

Nah. You could still use some codes and after few days if they are not time limited but amount limited.

One code worked.. every entry now I get this.

 

 

 

EDIT:

 

Never mind ... probably a MOBILE bug (apparently no matter what I inputted, the system thought it was the same code all over again).

Tried on PC and it worked.

Well I spoke too soon... even if all codes were "successfully accepted" I got squat.

This whole system is very buggy .... how can a code be accepted and it gives nothing?

For me, though, it accepted all those 11 codes, but I only got 10 notifications, the 11th is a mystery.
