New dutch cruiser line announced

guns: 150mm T3, 150mm T4, 150mm, 4x2 T5, 4x2 152mm T6, 3x3 203mm T7, 3x3 203mm T8, 3x3 240mm T9, 3x3 283mm T10

repair party T8-10

Hydro and spotter/fighter plane, DEFAA at higher tiers (not sure about this information)

They can call in an airstrike from T4 onwards: 8-10km range, doesn't provide spotting, good vs slow targets

Concealment generally rather good. (12.7km base for the T9)

Battlecruiser fire duration from T8 or T9 onwards

Low range 

Standard heavy cruiser plating (25mm nose and stern at T9/10)

The airstrike gimmick really sounds odd, I'd expect a more prominent navy to combine arms like that.

There are going to form separate Dutch nation BTW, not a EU branch. BTW battlecruisers at T9 and T10 look amazing

T1-T4. T5 is a real ship but it never received modification which we will get in the game. T7 is laid down but invasion of Netherlands prevented its completion in the original design. But it was finished after the war in the form of the D7P which we will get as T8 premium. All the others are paper ships.

Yes but right now everyone has a Pan-EU captain on it. One that will be useless for the other DDs as they're torpedo focused. Also Jerzy exists.

The airstrike is not controlled, it is to a point on the map where you predict a ship will be and is an alternative as the ships do not have torpedoes.

yep, in 0.10.6. Better to not have captain assigned to it by this time. I don't like on every premium anyway.

Congratulations to all Dutch Navy fans - Did not think that they would do an entirely line like this - Dutch DDs will probably follow later. I guess Tier X is the 1047 project?

Were the T9 with smaller guns ever considered or are T8 and T9 pure WG fantasies or designs that were from Dutch archives?

Yes, project 1047 on T10. T9 is a litte bit tuned down version of it.

The Dutch contemplated a 240 mm type of the “ old type” of armored cruiser but then decided that they wanted a way more modern ship that resulted in the type 1047.  The 240 mm guns on a modern type heavy cruiser is a bit of combination of these 2 ideas.
