She's basically a inferior Ognevoy. I can't agree with you on Siliwangi and Yudachi are being weak ships and Siliwangi is being inferior to Ognevoi. They are different ships. Apart from sharing similar main guns, Ognevoi has heal and normal torps while Siliwangi lacks heal but has Lo Yang hydro with deep water torps. It basically comes down to play styles, and play style is all about taste and everyone has a different taste. Some like characteristics of Ognevoi better and some Siliwangi. It has its merits: first, it doesn't block the Suez Canal even as a container ship and then it helps earning in scenarios. I don't understand why it is so frowned upon. Unfortunately it's pretty crappy (horrid main gun layout and performance, fragile, and to add insult to injury french secs got murdered by the skill reeework), but hey, free T8 premium.
