Captains beware,

 

grab your credit cards and buy those ships.

They will be removed because they are so popular and combat efficient!

With buying one (better all) of those ships you´ll help making them less popular.

 

It worked for Thunderer so it should work for those ships too!

Hurts BBs too much... and gotta move those stones out of the way in order to achieve World of Battleships. Cant have DWT-DDs running wild if BBs get more and more popular :cap_book:

 

Btw Graf Spee? Is that T6 CB aftermath? Why else remove it, its neither strong nor popular :cap_fainting:

Take it easy, you will recive great honour and possibility to buy Rodney at TVII for 50E 500k fexp or at TVIII for 100E 1kk. 

 

There is battleship Borodino long time ago closed in dev hell which has turret layout like Dunkerque, Strasbourg, Richelieu and Jean Bart with 1/2 Aleksandr Nevskiy as secondary battery. Battleship Borodino 2*III 406mm 2*II 180mm and Radar is so unique that I doubt that WG didn't want to monetize her.

Ehhhh not sure about that. I don't like Spee but I do think she's powerful.
Asashio is obvious, it makes battleships cry, can't have that.

Everything else is on Yurra's list of OP ships, tends to be a pretty damn accurate list.

It is if it promotes purchase of much more expensive FXP ships at higher tiers, say using some doubies to convert over all that FXP for those not sufficiently blessed... :cap_haloween:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but somehow the ships removed as being too popular or combat efficient somehow lost their popularity and efficiency in between the time they were removed and reappeared in Satan Crates... :cap_cool:

 

 

... while having magically increased their sale potential and profit margins in the process. The Spirit of Christmas truly is a wondrous thing! :cap_happy:

Well of course, if you remove something then it can't be popular or combat efficient anymore! Noone actually keeps ships after they've been removed from the shop...

None of the ships removed seems popular and combat efficient,  except maybe Haida.

 

Spee was handed out for free, the others are not interesting enough, except maybe Haida.

 

I guess, the sales for these ships dropped to a point where WG decided to artificially boost the sales, before removing them and create an artificial demand.

 

I wonder what the next batch of ship will be that need boosting.

TL;DR time to rotate the prem boat selection to make appropriate truckloads of rubles

Asashio was always a one trick pony, and I would argue that is more of a weakness now than what it was originally. In the old days it was definitely a torpedo specialist's weapon, but somehow I think to make it work well you need to have better than average gunnery skills as well.
