Nelson with 32mm bow/stern would be OP (well maybe not OP, but too strong i think), since only Yamasushi guns can overmatch it. If you dont buff the armor, then its crap. So cant really get uptiered, it either becomes crap or too strong. Lyons guns arent really that great for T8, only 340mm. Yes, Odin has 305mm, but it has a ton of other gimmicks aswell. Btw there is already a T8 french techtree ship, whats supposed to happen with Richelieu? You would need to buff its dispersion, because thats the only thing holding it back, and when it gets accurate then you need to nerf the reload to keep it balanced... All in all, why? We are definitely not planning to move already released ships by one tier, especially not special/premium ships. Those changes happened to several ships during big changes in the tech tree... I think most of us remember Cleveland on tier VI. There is no need. They can't survive in T10 battles with their current specs, hence would need to be modified/buffed heavily. In addition, there is a premium RN BB in T8, Vanguard, and T8 French tech tree BB, Richelieu doing fine there. If you are having trouble facing these ships, you can watch some videos, check WoWs Wiki https://wiki.wargaming.net/en/World_of_Warships to get a better understanding and how to play against them. So you want ships you have never played, nor know anything about, moved up a tier? Given they are both weak in tier 9 battles (overmatch for eg), what is your ''logic'' behind this idea?
