Update 10.1. BUG "loging in"

I can't log in for two day strait. My game gets stuck in loading screen for indefinite time.

It's stuck in the moment just before you see your username and password, but none come up, game just keeps loading indefinetly.

 

Few days ago WG wrote that there seems to be an issue with logging into the World of Warships account which caused a very long authorization process and that it seems a workaround to speed up the login process is to Tab out of the game or use Control+Alt+Delete and press ESC to return to Windows. It doesnt work for me.

 

I also contacted WG support, generated two WGCheck reporst, but they kept sending me automated resposnses which didn't help me at all. 

 

Basicly, i tried almost everything except reinstaling game. Has anyone had this problem and managed to solve it?

Our specialist replied to me about your case. 

 

Your problem could be due to an ISP issue, could you please create a WGcheck, this time also with a Network Analysis, and open a new ticket? (You can learn how to create such a report at this link https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/article/19431/).

Hi Captain, thank you for your input. The workaround you mentioned is related to this problem https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/hot-issues/34033/. The OP already stated he tried this solution though, so his problem might be related to something else.

same here. It took me to port then start a match, kicked me of. # times same thing. I took a nice orange penalty for 12 matches.

Great job.

Also even the forum is uber slow or offline most of the time

I've not been able to login since the 10.1.0.1 patch went live yesterday morning - the client crashes during the "LOGGIN IN" phase.

This using the Steam version of WoWS which has been rock solid reliable up until now.

I've not noticed an update to the client either, if there was one.

Verified local game files, just to make sure, and that made no difference. :Smile_sad:

We are sorry for the problems you are encountering. Could you please open a ticket with our Customer Support including a WGcheck for Network Diagnostics ?

Try to repair the client, you can do it by right click on the game -> property -> local files -> verify.

I send a ticket cause at the end of that stupid in and out of match, the ban is raised to 20 games now. They are kind enough to guide me for a connection check. 

WG are you really serious? You telling me that you can't revert a ban that happened due to your issue? 

Now I have to spend the day in coop and who knows. Maybe I'll get another DC and go to 30. 

Meanwhile EU site is completely out of order. Premium shop named "list_title_premium_shop_here". 

Yea WG. Is my connection after all. 

Probably potato tech...

Man. I have to play 20 battles in coop cause the update was broken.

I have exactly the same Problem but the great wg support just send automated responses to my ticket and not even looked @ the wg-check protocol....

And I can say a new installation won't fix the Problem....

So after arround 4 hours of searching i found a solution for me.

I deinstall Wargaming Center and WoWs and also deleted the folders in c and in my game folder manually.

After that i reinstalled both and now it works again.

Maybe that helps u also.

Re-installing and then disabling all mods (from the ModStation) seemed to get things working for me.

Only mods I had installed were : Mod Timer, Secondary Armament Status and a few cross-hairs

Just been out in battle the game froze so i had to restart the game and another got disconnected twice so Wargaming get your f...... act together :etc_swear: :etc_swear:
