1. Hi everyone, I asked this problem to the authorities, but I could not get an answer.
   I had a refund from the gun depot last week and I used the coupon about me, but my coupon was not included in the refund process.

   I wrote to the in-game support, they wrote on the forum that they could not help with this, maybe you can find a solution.

   My main question is that while 1 match would be refunded, why should I think coupons are not included in this, I have to wait 109 days now I want help from authorized people

dude you used your cupoon to buy a item. then returned it for the price you paid!

wg or any store for that matter do NOT have to give you back the cupoon you used.
