We managed to run several bravo rating divisions on wednesday, some commanders were able to change rating to bravo, some other did not. Suddendly today nobody can change division rating to bravo after running 2 bravo teams for a while. There's a feature in division rating. When command is passed to an other commander (with proper rights) the rating autochanges to alpha. After this nobody could change the rating to bravo. Even disbanding division, creating new one did not change the fact. Tried this with players having mods installed, no mods installed, restarted clients, different ways in creating a division with various players etc. Problem persisted.
