It is identical to any regular Twitch drop mission for this game version. It's pretty much a shortcut in case you can't watch streams. The code itself is, as usual, only active during the official stream time. Once the stream end, the code is inactive and you have to watch any WoWs stream for 1 hour to get this mission as a drop.
