How to see message(s) that I got banned for

Hello all,

I was chat banned for 3 days (I was playing bronze rankeds, so I had it coming to be honest). But to be completely honest, I have no idea, what caused me to get banned for 3 days. Usually I know, that yeah, this is chat ban worthy message (words starting witch C and so on), but this time I really dont know. I am not sure, if I used some really offensive words or some snowflakes got offended, because I told them, that they are loot box noobs and have no place in rankeds if DD has AA turned on from the start (while playing premium ships) or stationary Hizen etc...

 

This is not appeal against the ban, dont get me wrong. All I want is to know, why I got banned.

A, was it for cursing on people ?
B, was it because I played Thunderer in T10 randoms ?
C, was it because I told people that we play for cap points and not for (uhhh, dunno what they played for)
D, was it because I told them, that I will puke myself and lose my hairline, looking at them in rankeds ?
E, was it because I got 3 kills in Agir, alongside the AA def expert ? (thats my biggest crime, AA def expert ?!)

F, was it because I said we have two bots on the team (42% WR), but they replied to my messages  ?I mean, bots can do that, right ?

 

There are a lot of possibilities. I even opened the ticked and asked, why I got banned. for what kind of message? And for 3 days ? (still not bad as me getting banned on war thunder for 30 days, just because I was typing 50 Cent song in chat instead of responses and some had some "rapper words" in them).

 

The reply from support was, that I got banned (thank you for reminding me) and that I got banned via semi-automated system (okay). And that the ticked is closed and reply to it is not worthy (thank you very much).

 

So, how to find out, why I was banned ?

There is no way and you will never know. Be a good boy and do not get reported by annoying players with chat messages, ingame commands etc.

WG won’t say directly what it was that you said but you can PM a member of staff here on the forum and ask them why, you may well get an explanation.

You won't, there's no such functionality ... WG does not want people to get better in any way ... they just need you to give them money ...

Ah, so thank you guys for your answers. Thats quite unfortunate, that there are no details. I will not bother WG staff as this is just 3 days, I can live with that

 

Also, I remember one guy got banned just because he played CV (and not even used the chat for these few games). I thought, that this might be the case as well. Sometimes good players got reported, because they killed 3-4 people.

I just quickly checked your chatlogs... so A) is correct.

Can i repport a player by cursing after the game. Because he ate 5 citadel from me and refuse to understand that they gave me fullbroad side whole game. I got screenshot

Actually yes. Please create a ticket on Customer Support and if that happened in battle, please include also replay from that battle. And of course that mentioned screenshot will help a lot.

Still you can report also a PM, especailly when you have screenshot proof.

In this case you don't need a replay.

I agree, but Its hard to do it, when the whole game is designed to be frustrating (when people deliberately waste your time and resources).

 

Btw... where is my ban? I tilted couple of times in the last few days... and nothing yet. Are you sure its working? :)

Rules are rules. I had quite humbling experience on biggest board game site recently. They are allowing topics such as: "Will be the new Witcher game LGBTQ positive? I hope so".

And if you reply, in perfectly polite manner, that please no, there is lore, so lets respect it. Your message will be deleted and you might get ban. Its all because of the rules of the site. We can argue, that are borderline weird, but its private own site and they set the rules. You respect it or will see consequences.

So, yeah there are times, when you need to curse on people - they deserve it, but you need to keep it mind, that there will be consequences. On the other hand, playing with just using chat commands is perfectly fine. I miss 2-3 more, but its fine

I am sure it is working, as there are plenty ways, how you can get a chatban. When several players report you in battle, you receive 24h chatban, you know that.

If you insult someone, he can always create a ticket for customer support to report your rules violating behaviour and therefore you will be analyzed and if needed, also punished.

And we still have yet another possibility how to check those, but I won't specify you details.

The 'funny' part is that the company is based in a country that gives a free pass to the government and people who kill homosexuals, a country that, in 2019, legalized by law domestic violence against women but at the same time want to punish and educate you on using the most common words in the english language, such as fu**. They also ban the word retard, because it's 'offensive'. Unfortunately it is not that obvious to me, probably I am missing some meaning from this.
