Why you mixed tiers in ranked? Why tier 8 fights against tier 9?

I know why, because you are stupid! 

You thought, ok we have problem, people playing Battleships waiting a lot,

No one want play Cruisers, they are sucks!

lets mix levels then who play battleships will wait next game less.

What a stupid design,

It was long queues for Battleships before and will the same now !

30 min waiting for ranked on Battleship, no matter what level, its insane, correct Matchmaking already!

People don't like play Cruisers!!! 

Cruisers are sucks!!! 

 TO CORRECT RANKED DO NEXT:

1 ---  Correct tiers, 8 vs 8 , 9 vs 9 10 vs 10 ONLY

2 ---  Make Match Making to be possible create team ONLY with Battleships, ONLY Battle ships

3 ---- Remove requirements create team with different ships types AT ALL. 

This is  a FACT (do you know what is it fact?) PEOPLE DONT PLAY CRUISERS!!!

You cant do nothing in this situation except two things,  Correct Matchmaking or Make Cruisers not that bad!

Shall inform my DM Donskoi & Ibuki that apparently they are unplayable in ranked or not considered cruisers 

 

Cruisers don't suck, some players that can not play cruisers suck, but that is another thing

So how does single tier MM change the issue?

We had T8 only in the first season, and queue looked EXACTLY the same way.

 

If you want to change that, WG needs to stop pampering the BBaby crowd... good joke i know

Not sure why this such a big  issue is, as TVIII can deal with TIX pretty good.

On my both alt accounts I have only TVIII ships, and I have no issues dealing with TIX in ranked.

 

Light cruisers might suffer a bit due to Georgias and Mushashi's, however this can be somewhat mitigated by better positioning. 

 

My personal highlights from the past two days: gunning down 2 Alaskas in two separate games in my DDs (Benson) while open water gunboating.

 

 

I should be unlocking Edinburgh on one account and Fletcher on the other some time next week. Let's see what the Eddie can do...

after reading OPs rant again, I have to urge you to change MM and remove CLs and CVs from ranked. Also, pls allow only one DD per team.

Why dont they make ranked game is just like last Clan brawl. And add more feature like ban pick, 7 ship different in one team instead of having same, maybe it gonna be fun

Waiting time will be much longer and in this mod people don't pick a ship, because it will be "fun" (most of them), but how effective/meta this ship will be.

Also why your enjoyement should be to detriment of other ? Like if someone really want to play a certain ship, WG should not try to dissuade or punish him.

Why? Because it makes some players very happy - the rewards you get from Ranked are astronomical if you can stick some reasonable damage on a T9 whilst driving a T8...

 

On my NA account, I've only got Orkan at T8 (well, I've got that PA cruiser clone thing too, but I'm rubbish in cruisers), and she does fine against T9; as far as I can tell, the average T9 player is no more or less able to deal with DD radar than anyone else.

It is true that specially in DD t8 is hard to play but t8 ships can deliver a lot of damage...there is something that players don't do in these days, TEAM WORK. If you can coordinate in an effective way you can do great even down tiered, if you have map and ship awareness you can do great! Try to use Kronshtad...in ranked is good to be played!

I apologize in advance, but I will probably be polluting the ranked environment with my potatoness in cruisers and dd's, as well as BB's. I will do my best, and try to learn every game.

 

As to OP:

 

In the previous only T8 ranked the MM looked roughly similar. An Assashio's wet dream - though I fear that were I to bring her, it will of course be cruiser and CV heavy.

Why stop at Ranked? Remove cruisers and DDs completely from the game!

We shoud have only 2 gloriuos modes: 12 BBs vs 12 BBs and 12 CVs vs 12CVs!

12 CVs vs 12 Bot something Cant expect to have real players attempt to fight OP CV hulls, which have real AA
