Is there any hope that the 90 mm secondaries of this BB line get some buffs? 

DDs are immune to them.

Simplest way to upgrade them: give them the same SAPS of the Neaples cruiser.

There is always a hope for the change, or buff of tech tree ships.

Now it is maybe too soon to judge, how effective those secondaries are, also in comparison to other lines. Especially looking into the fact, that strong secondaries are not one of the main gimmicks of this line.

So short ranged main guns loading SAPS are useful enough to defend from DDs? Thks for the laugh.
