those are special ships not premium so I don't think so. Why would you want to win free ships anyway? There are removed ships up for grabs

and I can tell you that I would trade my FDR for any removed ship T8 or higher in an instant so I agree there is a chance to win something rare and special here. Especially the chance to win my love, enterprise.
