ST 0.10.1 changes to test ships, fixes of issues with Fen Yang and Sanzang (DB 114)

We adjusted the parameters of some ships based on testing results. The changes will be applied to Hyuga and Vampire II. We also fixed issues with Fen Yang's special upgrade and Sanzang's Patrol Fighters.

Even that was way over priced, I only bought either of those ships when I had 5 million laying around...
