I see a lot of continuous changes, but other basic questions are not solved at all. For example, many times, when I shoot -specially if I use the speed boost, my ships start to turn. The rudder goes inmediately to the top left or to the top right when Im not touching it at all. And is not nice to see that your ship starts to show all the broadside in the middle of a fight and you cant avoid it.

 

So, ok. New ships, new commanders, a lot of changes but I have this problem -basic problem, I insist- since long time ago and the answer of WG is always the same: well, we are working on it. Will I have any solution any day?

P.D. About the italian ships, two things. Although venetians and the Church, helped, Lepanto was a spanish victory over the turkish fleet. Juan the Austria was the leader of the christian fleet. Two, I guess the new commander skills were tought for these kind of ships. Or was the opposite?

At the cost of sounding like a broken record...

You had more than 4 (four) months to make two simple adjustments to Vittorio Veneto's model, but you did absolutely nothing.

Just... wow

Also, it's not like getting the actual plans is really THAT difficult (contrary to what you always said about having an hard time accessing the archives, you didn't even try)

Another line of Pre-Nerfed ships from what I can see. Thank God for the Roma (Till she gets Nerfed by fair means or Foul) Lookin at you Flint :Smile_facepalm:

I still think you should rework SAP shells that they do less damage. Halfway between HE and AP would be ok.

You could then give all ships appropriate reload times for the gun size and better dispersion.

I have to say it; i am dead tired of these Early Access events; it's always grind grind grind a new temporary resourse and spend it in the armoury to get stuff sequentially, 

but... if you open your wallet,

now, it's not different from past early access events, but that's the reason why i'm tired of them; it's just too repetitive.

As far as Clan Battles go - put a hard limit of max 2 ships from any nation and 1 ship of any type.

That way we ban double KREMLIN, triple PETRO and double SMÅLAND teams.

Incredible that Wargaming is working to release the Italian BB line, whereas the current patch is still a massive mess to be fixed!

 

I doubt they have tested the new line well enough as they did not do it with the Captain reworks nor CV reworks in the past..............

Not going to happen. If they did that then the Italian BBs would be really interesting.

Wow these are some really important tool tips you put into the game. I always wanted to know what ranked my teammates had after the battle.

Not something unimportant like active symbols for the in battle UI for some of these s****y active skills we now have.

I would give them the parameters for free. They just need an intern who puts the parameters into the system.

And two weeks after the introduction of the new line, I could give them an updated version, with changes where they are needed.

To access Brawls, you must have fought at least 130 battles in all available battle types.

 

What does that sentence means?

 

Does it means that you must in each separate battle type have at least 130 battle, also are "all battle" words include clan wars battles (which will make brawl unplayable for 80% of people) or it means Ranked, Random and CooP...or does that includes also mission battles or is that total of 130 battles plaid combined in all battle types or it is something else?

Not going to happen, the Greatest Game Developers of All Time (G²DoAT) can do no wrong, their vision is the only vision for the game, and they are always right.

So Wargaming have officially killed off Tier 3? Like players didn't need more reason to stop playing, you've literally started trying to kill the one tier which is still mostly balanced and fun to play without worrying about the problems which plague other tiers?

Fairly sure its just 130 battles in total 
Given there are a few you must have played X battles to access this feature

No fixes to commander skill system ? No Reserve ? No indicators for conditional skills ? No Dead-eye nerf ?

 

Time to reset the commanders I have used to test and wait till some fixes start appearing ... and time to look for a new game ...

If you mean because of not releasing the T3 BB in the early access, they've done it like this for quite some time now. Notice that in the news article, although the TX is named (due to offering a permacamo for her), only images of the "obtainable" ships are shown. To be fair, I'm also interested in what they've prepared for T3:  although my hopes aren't that high, I'd like to see Cuniberti's ideal battleship there, even better if named after him as an homage.

 

So far, the tree appears to be quite the way many anticipated, ships-wise: Dante Alighieri as T4, WWI Cavour/Doria at T5, T6 interwar refit Cavour/Doria, what looks like a "what if" interwar refit Caracciolo for T7, Vittorio Veneto at T8 (consistent, since we already have Roma and AL Littorio). I guess the logic behind an enlarged, quad-gun turrets Littorio look-alike for T9 is similar to Alsace's. As for them gameplay-wise, I'll hold my judgement.

Nothing about future ranked battles (and new ranked containers)? When next season hits? Acording to Dev Blog, it should be in 0.10.1, but nothing about it in this new article?

A pity, truly a pity not including one of the paper ships that actually had a heavy repercussion in the history of naval warfare (although the development of pre-dreadnoughts was already pointing in that direction).
