I think this is the best Tirpitz setup 

Concealment is 12.9 km 

Guns 380mm  21.4 km  820.0 m/s  newer been more accurate

Secondary range 8.4 km  They don't hit anything of course

PS: Switch the Auxiliary Armaments Modification 1 for Main Armaments Modification 1, the secondaries are there just for show only.
