Google Translate does not help you.

They decreased the survivability by changing the skills, not the ship. Since Stalingrad had a VERY high survivability, decreasing it does not make the ship unplayable. It even does not make her bad.

At the release of the patch there were different game conditions, maybe there was a correct fire rate, over time they have obviously made some changes as well as reduced the fire time of heavy cruisers to 40 seconds, now I noticed that some battleships have also reduced to 50 seconds, then who knows what other changes have been implemented in secret so as not to let people escape. So those videos do not represent a real feature of the ship at the time of the release of the update at least for me, not considering that now people are more cautious playing from a distance and not implode immediately because no one advances anymore.

I have 140 19skills captains with 352 ships

How many commander points i need to improve all of the in 21 skill ???

 

WG U should give for free 21 skills commanders for all 19 that we had

There is no link in the article anymore to reset skills of ALL commanders. Where has it gone? What's the link? There are only three days left to reset, minus update time...

Hello. In the article, it was like this:

So as the option to complete skill reset is gone since Monday, it was removed from the article, as the article can still be used as relevant source of information about the Commander Skills Rework.

Until tomorrow's morning you can still reset distribution of skills of your commanders one by one.

What is the point of removing any reference to the 'reset all' button after the deadline has passed? If the article was left as it was when it was initially published, readers would be able to work out the current situation. After removing the information, they can't.

Well, if there was no longer the option to have this button, it was removed, not to confuse players and also not to forget about this in future, as I mentioned, that this article can still be used as relevant source of information, where is everything explained.

Which is fairly enough time to set and try different tactics. Also it was announced in advance how long those "free trials" will last.

It was also anounced that 10.0 is a test of the new skills and that some skills may be changed.

Now the free respec phase is over and i have no clue what the test results are, which skill may be changed and when.

Did i miss something or is there really not the smallest official statement about the new skills and the future path?
